Sales Associate - Job Description

  • Role : We only hire individual contributors (IC), whatever your experience. We don’t believe that you can manage people selling the product, If you’ve not sold it yourself. Lots of people with 5, or even 10+, years of experience join as ICs. You need to speak Hindi or Telugu fluently.
  • Pay : 33k base + up to 99k bonus. Best earn 1.2L per month; average is Rs. 70k a month.
  • Working hours : We are fully remote. For our sales, pre sales and referrals team, you must be available to take sales trials or talk to customers 6 days per week. The sales team day off is Monday.
  • Promotions : We grow 25% per month and double every quarter. This means people are promoted as fast as 3 months, and easily within 6 months. So joining at IC, you could be a manager within 3-6 months. Managers earn Rs66k base, with up to 1.2L incentives (total 1.8L per month).
  • Mission : Speaking English raises earnings by 500% in India, but only 5% of people can speak it fluently. We aim to democratize access to spoken English first in India, then across Asia.
  • Culture : We don’t spend any money on marketing, we just use amazing customer service to make sure our customers refer their friends and family (referrals are 40% of sales). We make them birthday videos, send them cakes and cards, and get presents for their family. We do the same for our employees. Everyone has equity in the company - employees own $1M of stock. On your birthday, we pay you Rs 10,000 in cash, same day, as a present.

Customer Delight Associate

  • Role : You will be delivering WOW customer service - solving problems but also igniting delight. We only hire individual contributors (IC), whatever your experience. Lots of people with 5, or even 10+, years of experience join as ICs. You need to speak Hindi or Telugu fluently.
  • Pay : Pay is 33k base + up to 99k bonus. Best earn 1.2L per month; average is Rs. 70k a month.
  • Working Hours : We are fully remote. For our customer team you must be available to talk to customers from 10:00 AM IST to 10:00 PM IST. Your day off is monday or Tuesday (6 day week).
  • Promotions : We grow 25% per month and double every quarter. People are promoted fast - joining at IC, you could be a manager within 3-6 months. Managers earn Rs66k + 1.2L bonus (1.8L total)
